Appointments can be viewed by a Grid list, Day, Week, Work Week, or Month

Tasks provide the daily reminder system of what you need to accomplish today. Not going to get it all done? Rescheduling (or snoozing) tasks is as simple as dragging and dropping them on a future date on the left.

The Today page can provide a preview of the week to come in addition to Today's scheduled tasks. You also have a selection of themes to choose how this page looks. This picture shows the Business theme:

Memos give you a place for those facts you need to know. They aren't actionable, they don't happen on a date, you don't "do" them. They are just facts and this is the perfect place to keep them!
