Efficient Effective Entry Screens
While the main screen is where you stay on target and make sure you get
everything done, much of the actual work you do is by adding new items or by
editing existing items. That means you need Entry Screens that are well laid out
and comfortable to use. We have provided some screen shots so you can see the
improvements we've made in Time & Chaos 6, but please let us point out some
things that might be hard to see just from a picture.
- All entry screens are resizable, so stretch
them out for more room to work when you need it. Take advantage of that cool
big hi-res flat panel screen you've got! This is especially useful for the
Phone Entry Screen, where you can view the Linked Appointments and Linked
To Do Items including notes about those events with plenty of room to fit
everything.
- You can have multiple screens screens open
at the same time if you are working on more than one thing at a time
- With phone records in particular, you can now see more
on one screen with the Name and Company, Primary Address and Phone Numbers
all visible at once without going to three separate tabs as in T&C5!
