Chaos 6 can keep a secret
Time & Chaos 6 offers a new feature: Private Records!
- In a shared database, keep some entries completely private from the rest of the users
- Three levels of passwords allow you to pick
who has full access to all records including private ones, who are guests with
limited access (no private access) and read only
- Only requires a group specifically named
"Private"
- Works with all three types of data: appointments, contacts and to do items.
Step 1: Create Passwords
Three levels of passwords now exist: Full Access includes
access to Private records, Guest has the ability to edit records, but cannot see the Private
ones, and Read-Only can only read (of course) and also cannot see the Private records
Step 2: Create a group named Private
Step 3: Filter (and see if anyone else can see it)
