Android users have two ways to use ChaosHost data. These aren't exclusive choices either! You may find that each method has its own advantages and as a ChaosHost user, you are welcome to use any or all of the methods discussed here.
Since Android devices don't run Windows, your device won't run our normal software. As an alternative, we have started to release apps which can be found in the Google Play Store. Visit our Android Products page on ChaosSoftware.com to see the list of what is currently available.
Of particular note, our current Chaos Contacts app can take the contacts/clients data from ChaosHost.com, then (with your permission) share the names and addresses and numbers with your system apps. Allowing the system apps means the data will be available to your caller id, dialer, call logs, messaging, and any other app on your device you give permission to view system contacts data. (No additional cloud or exchange account needed as the contact data comes from this app!)
Our website has a full size version which works great with larger screens and a mobile version which works great with smaller screens. You don't need to install anything or configure anything. You only need your login and password and you're good to go. Open Chrome (or the browser that comes with your device) and for the mobile screen friendly version of the web site, visit http:/www.chaoshost.com/m/ and you're done. [To get fancy, you might bookmark the site or add it to your home screen to make it easier to load again].
