It is very easy for you to backup your data. You can simply choose the Backup Data option after clicking the Orb with the Scales at the top left of the program.
Backup Data will compress your billing transactions along with the client data and protect them in case of an emergency. The backup file will be named with a .BAK file extension
If you want to bring in data from a Backup, you can use choose the Restore Data option after clicking the Orb with the Scales at the top left of the program. You can select the information from your backup to "replace" that currently in use.
NOTE: Restoring data always OVERWRITES, or replaces the existing data.
Technical Note: If you are a Time & Chaos user it is important to understand that restoring a Backup will REPLACE both your billing records 'Legal Billing.*' and your Time & Chaos Telephone book '~phone.*' from the .BAK file.
