More and more clients are wanting invoices sent by email and Legal Billing makes this easy. Its just like printing them on paper, but instead of "Print Invoice", use the bigger button to the right for "EMail Invoice."
A new email gets created with the To: line filled out with the client email address and the body of the email will already have the same content as the paper printout would have.
The one requirement is that you use a mail client program on your PC rather than using email just through a web browser. The mail client program must also support a standard called MAPI in order to handle all the info we pass to it. (Our Chaos Intellect works great for this, BTW!)
