How do I add a return address to my envelopes?

If you right click on a record and choose to print an envelope or click Print within the Contact are and choose an Envelope option, a print preview screen will first appear. It is within this print preview screen where you would add as many return addresses as you like.

This is done by clicking Setup at the top of the print preview screen and then going to the Tweaks tab.

First, in the larger field at the top of the Tweaks tab, enter the actual return address. This would include (for example) your name or your company's name and the address in a normal name and address format.

Second, name the return address by entering the desired name into the field directly below the return address large field. For instance, "Home" or "Business" could be entered here. This is the name of the return address and not actually used within the return address itself.

Once you have type the return address completely and given it a name, click Save toward the top of the Tweaks tab, to the right of the return address name. This saves this specific Return address.

Make sure the desired return address is chosen as the top of the Tweaks tab. Do this by choosing it from the drop down list even if it already visible. Then click Apply at the bottom of the Tweaks tab. If the Return Address is not immediately applied to the visible envelope print preview, close the Setup section and reopen it using the Setup button at the top of the print preview. Choose the return address again and click Apply and it should be properly applied to the envelope. You can also then click the Save button at the bottom so this specific return address is then saved as the default.
