How do I export data?
Exporting data is done from within the Report screen. For instance, click on View and select Reports. You can then choose which dataset (Contacts, Tasks, etc.) you would like to Report on by using the radio buttons at the top left.
Within the Report screen either click Go to find all records or perform a report that finds a specific set of information you would like to export.
Then right mouse click on any visible column header and check or uncheck the various other fields as needed. Checking a field through this right click menu will add that field as a column in the Report screen. Add whatever columns you would like included in the export. If needed, all fields can be checked.
Then simply click on Export and choose an Export option. Data can, for example, be exported as CSV (a text file) or even directly to Excel. Specifically, Outlook can import .CSV files.
